STEP 1: Contacting the Chef. Chef Bruce McVay will make arrangements to meet you and your family. We are happy to answer any of your questions and take special requests. STEP 2: Deciding on a menu. As our client, we will work closely with you to choose or develop menus that thoroughly consider your tastes, styles, needs, and curiosities. Our mission is to bring our clients inventive and delicious cuisine whether it be contemporary or traditional. Chef McVay has a variety of menus that are proven winners but we are happy to create menus just for you and your family. Whether you are looking for meals for your family, that big Thanksgiving Dinner, or a small dinner for friends, we are sure to have the menu for you. STEP 3: Once your meals are chosen, you will decide on a mutually agreeable time for Chef McVay to come to your home and prepare your meals for you. We do all of the shopping and cooking, bring all necessary utensils, pots and pans, and leave no mess. All cooking instructions are left with you and your family. We use only the best ingredients from the finest grocery and specialty stores...the freshest fruits and vegetables, the best fish, meat, and poultry available, and the freshest herbs.
